I love this cake, but mostly when it’s warm out of the oven. When I make it, I know that, so eat more than 1 piece, sometimes more than 2! I also love the edges, so making a single serving makes edges! I sprinkle a chocolate chips in the middle too, so there is warm melted chocolate there.
If you trying to love your body (better than trying to lose weight) this is not only good portion control, it is also made with love, and takes effort. You will think about it, and hopefully go through the effort every time you want a treat, right?
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 Tbsp cold water
1/2 tsp vinegar
Mix all ingredients, and put in a greased custard cup. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
