Think again. This is yoga.
I did years of yoga before I stated teaching, and always thought the meditation was way to short! It’s my favorite part, why are we cutting it so short?! So when I started teaching I decided to do it the way I would want it, I extended the class time to 90 minutes, and made the meditation part 20 minutes.
If you don’t feel like doing yoga, come in anyway! I’ll give you something easy to do, and you can still meditate. I guarantee you will feel better when you leave. Any you can tell all your friends your’re doing yoga now 🙂
