Attention Reiki Masters.

hypnosis

I have an idea to combine;

Reiki attunements

the Law of Attraction

and Hypnotic Scripting

To create frequency tuning/attuneing.

I had been thinking if we could we create a frequency of what we desire, we could use a reiki attunement to lock it in. That was the belief in the creating  of Full Spectrum Reiki. We ‘wrote stories’, then attuned to the story we created.

Today I’m thinking, we don’t have to create the story first. We can call on it. When we first started doing the levels of reiki, or attuning others to the level of reiki, we did know them. They taught us when we asked. A simple invitation. To level one reiki. To level two reiki. Etc.

So what if we attune to the desired frequency.

For example:

To love, in all aspects.

To my fullest potential.

To my hearts content.

To the wisdom of the garden.

Pineal Gland Activation.

Essential oils.

Crystals.

Earth Healed.

Or more specific in details. You would need to write the script like writing hypnosis scripts, with desired outcome.

I’d love to hear what you think.

Are you throwing these away?

If you are buying organic Romaine lettuce, celery, or scallions, you have plants!

20160410_105433.jpg

I just put them in water on the counter until I’m ready to get them in the greenhouse.

20160410_110110.jpg

I read these will grow with just water, but I add half dirt, then fill with water.

They will go to the garden at some point, but for now, they are happy here in the greenhouse.

I use canning jars, since I won’t be looking for them until the fall anyway.

Recipe ~ Raspberry, Chocolate, Cheesecake Granola Bars

I’ll make these again, and update with more pics, and measurements. For now, I can give you estimates.

The bottom layer, or crust, is crushed pecan (about 1/2 cup) with edible chocolate body butter. I melted the body butter, and added the pecans in a parchment lined 6 X 9 pan.

edible

Next layer, the cheesecake, 8oz cream cheese, 1 egg, tsp. vanilla, and Tbs. Coconut crystals. Spoon on crust, and spread gently.

Next layer, Raspberry jam. (From my garden, canned last season.) Any jam would work, but mine is sweetened with just a little honey, not sugar.

Top layer, about a 1/2 cup almond butter, about 1/3 cup coconut oil/palm oil melted, about 1 cup oatmeal, about 2 Tbs. coconut crystals, about 3 Tbs. coconut flour, about 1/2 cup raspberry jam. Mix until smooth, and spoon unevenly over top.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

I freeze my granola bars. This recipe is good to eat, hot, frozen, and room temp!

I Love Growing Sprouts!

I’m amazed at how easy it is to sprout, once you get over the initial,’ I don’t know anything about it’. I failed at my first 2 attempted, but a friend encouraged me to keep trying, and I’m so glad I did!

Sprouts can contain up to 100 times more enzymes than raw fruits and vegetables, allowing your body to extract more vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential fats from the foods you eat.

Both the quality of the protein and the fiber content of beans, nuts, seeds and grains improves when sprouted.

The content of vitamins and essential fatty acids also increase dramatically during the sprouting process. Depending on the sprout, the nutrient content can increase as much as 30 times the original value within just a few days of sprouting.

I miss gardening in the winter. It’s an easy way to grow food in a jar, on your counter.

Most people think bean sprouts, but beans are just one type of seed that can be sprouted. I’m selling 5 kinds at the moment, so I’ll show you those.

French Garden Mix- Clover, Arugula, Cress, Radish, Fenugreek, and Dill.

unicorn garden

My garden talks to me.

Why?

How is that possible?

What is it that is talking?

How can I hear it?

Is it real?

I Believe

IT IS

Because I listen.

Because I hear.

Because if it feels good,

Because it resonates with me,

Where it comes from,

Is secondary 2,

If it’s a good FEELING idea.

It’s a way to open up my imagination,

To something outside of what I’m thinking now,

Or something new.

Keep listening to same boring thoughts I had before,

And frankly I didn’t love the first time,

To something brand new.

To just imagine I can see a better version,

and looking at it as a possibility somewhere in time,

Allows it be NOW

In your imagination,

Maybe you were a Unicorn for only a second in your imagination,

But that imagination birthed a frequency.

While holding onto these images of fantasy,

I literally build this garden.

Anchoring the energy of that fantasy,

Through the life of everything in this garden.

This garden now breathes the energy of the plants,

The butterflies,

The bees,

The winged creatures,

The furry creatures,

bunnyingarden

All playing in this energy,

Of this creation.

Touch your Unicorn Horn to mine,

And let the Universe speak to you,

Through the imagination,

Listen with your imagination,

And you WILL HEAR,

That bigger part of you,

Saying thank you for holding that separate truth for me,

NOW look at all the rest.

Everything that’s Interesting,

Everything that FEELS good.

Is worth giving your LOVE.

If your not giving it your love,

Plant something new,

In that garden.

When an unknowing muggle, stumbles on your bliss.

After buying all of these plants at the Flea Market,

For the Unicorn Garden,

explaining to my friend about the connection I feel with the plant life in my yard,

and how it connects to me through the space that connects us,

And how the garden that these plants came from, will connect to my garden now,

And can’t you just feel it in your feet?

We are walking on a grass path, in bare feet.

I notice the man walking walking beside us,

Listening to my words,

Maybe I got his subconscious mind as well,

So he to will understand the power of connection.

The sixty something year old man says,

“Better watch out for ticks!”

Oh no, I think, a muggle. He heard me. I’m out!

That’s o.k. , I reply, my friend here will give me a full body check later.

A full Body check !?! He asks looking at my friend.

Head to toe, I say,

ABSOLUTELY!  She says.

Pondering Independence.

Image

freedomI woke up this morning pondering Independence Day, and what that means to me.

Pondering what my life would feel like Independent.

I’m remembering getting divorced, the second time, wondering what it would be like to be completely independent, and creating how I want to feel completely.

Where do I see it most, today? 12 years later.

It all about how it feels for me.

I move in the direction of feels good.

I do what I want, when I want.

I know I can.

I don’t have to disappoint myself. I CAN focus on me.

I create my experience.

Others are interested in things I’m interested in. I like talking about it with them. I like feeling it with them.

I love feeling sexy.

I love growing food I eat. I love cooking for myself, as if I’m royalty. I love gardening. I love that my shamanic work continues in my garden. I love alone time. I love my imagination. I love creating art. I love the internet, and how connected I feel. I love how easy it is to share ideas. I love being in a good mood. I love loving.

Your Subconscious mind will now go there for you.

In the direction of your ideal Independent Self, 12 years later.

Just allow the pondering.

Just allow the future you, to project the images in your imagination.

Let it be easy.

Let it be fun.

Let it be an Independence Day Gift from your Future Self.

Let your inner child play with images.

Relax, and Receive the feelings.

When images start to appear, let it be interesting.

Ponder with me.

Garden to table, just a few berries.

Aside

Can I excite you with just a few berries from the garden? First of the red, and black raspberries. The black berries will be another week or so. What do you do with just a few?

I didn’t grow the Cantaloupe, or Mango. I bought them from the fruit guy at the Hadley Flea Market.

Berry sauce I made with last year (lasted through the year!).

Topped with homemade yogurt, and granola.

Flowers picked for this photo!

How to Grow Lamb’s Ears

I can give you a few, if you want some.

GARDEN OF EADY

Lamb’s Ears is one of the most amazing silver-leaved perennials. It is a widely cultivated plant and very easy to grow.
Lamb’s Ears is also known as Stachys byzantina and is a member of the Lamiaceae family.

Lamb’s Ears originates from Turkey, Iran and Armenia. It was considered as a medical herb, because this plant has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

This plant prefers full sun or partial shade and a well-drained soil. Lamb’s Ears works perfect as a border perennial, but it can be grown in pots or containers. The leaves are soft and silvery grey/green and they are a good companion for my beautiful roses.

It is recommended to plant Lamb’ Ears in spring. Dig a planting hole which should not be deeper than the pots. Lamb’s Ears can grow 12 to 18 inches tall.
Do not forget to water the plants every week!

The good news is…
