Foam Rollers
I’m so excited about how foam rollers are loosening up my muscles, I’m ordering them for the Place! I will start by adding a few poses into the yoga classes, but when I put together enough, I will do a class focused around the rollers. They are great for myofascial release. Take care of yourselfContinue reading “Foam Rollers”

Susan Cain: The power of introverts
Susan Cain: The power of introverts

I also love the edges, so making a single serving makes edges! I sprinkle a chocolate chips in the middle too, so there is warmContinue reading “Single serving vegan Chocolate Cake recipe”
Think Yoga is not for you?
Think again. This is yoga. I did years of yoga before I stated teaching, and always thought the meditation was way to short! It’s my favorite part, why are we cutting it so short?! So when I started teaching I decided to do it the way I would want it, I extended the class timeContinue reading “Think Yoga is not for you?”
