Dirty Chai
I got this idea from Cushman’s Cafe. I make mine with fresh ground coffee, and an opened Chai teabag, mixed into a coffee press. I froth my milk in this pan from Italy (I bought on e-bay). There is a screen in it, that plunges, to whip up the milk.
