The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog. Here’s an excerpt: The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 9,000 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 3 sold-out performances for that manyContinue reading “2013 in review”

Who Wants to Play?
It’s New Years Eve. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do today. I decided to just surrender to the Universe, you know… that bigger part of me, and see what comes up. I decided to have a dialog with that part of me that is not happy, “You are doing a great job!”Continue reading “Who Wants to Play?”

Gluten Free Pear Upside Down Cake with Warm Butter Sauce
In response to earlier post, I made a gluten free, lower carb, good for diabetic substitute for apple upside down cake, with warm butter sauce. CoreContinue reading “Gluten Free Pear Upside Down Cake with Warm Butter Sauce”

I love yoga, and love teaching, however teaching yoga does not light me up the way teaching ReikiContinue reading “Diane’s version of yoga.”
Journals
I sometimes have more than one journal going at one time. I noticed a was writing certain things in different journals, so I decided to keep going with that idea. The ones on the top of the picture are full. The four in the front, I’m working on. The orange one has become business, andContinue reading “Journals”

Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars
I have Black Raspberries, Red Raspberries, and Rhubarb, in my yard. I bought the Strawberries at the farmers market. Jam is so easy to make! Just sweeten, and cook. I used Stevia, but not that much. Next I made almond Flour in the Vitamix, dry container. On the right is a white flour, and sugarContinue reading “Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars”
Cheese Steak Salad
I know this is obvious, but you can turn any of your favorite sandwiches into a salad. It makes it much it lower in carbs, and much better for anyone diabetic, or insulin resistant. I sauteed the onions, peppers, and mushrooms in one pan. In the second pan I fried the shaved steak. As soonContinue reading “Cheese Steak Salad”
